Job summary

D‑Techworks in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the design of high-scale distributed systems and drive engineering excellence across teams.

You will architect, build, and own distributed services, design event-driven architectures using Kafka, manage APIs via API Gateway, and ensure scalability, resilience, and performance. You will collaborate with Product and leadership on the roadmap and mentor engineers to uphold best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building production-grade systems.
• Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka (high-throughput systems).
• Experience with API Gateway implementation and management.
• Strong experience with AWS services (DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, Lambda, S3).
• Experience working with high-volume distributed systems.
• Domain experience in Payments / FinTech (preferred).

Responsibilities
