Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead in India to guide teams across multiple releases, design scalable automation frameworks, and improve release visibility through robust test execution and reporting.

You will work with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), Selenium-based frameworks, API and database testing, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, mentoring engineers and partnering with product and engineering to ensure quality.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows, ensuring fast feedback and reliable build quality gates.
• Perform API testing using Rest Assured or equivalent tools, validating request/response flows, status codes, and data integrity.
• Conduct database testing by writing and executing queries to validate data consistency, transformations, and back‑end logic.
