Capgemini in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Platform, Cloud-Native & Full Stack Architect to lead design and modernization of fintech platforms. You will guide cloud-native architectures across Java backend, React frontend, APIs, and microservices in a secure, scalable, high-performance environment.

The role demands deep expertise in Java, React, cloud-native platform engineering, DevOps, and architecture governance, with mentoring responsibilities across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Node JS and Java with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven design.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Containerization with Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker.
• Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering fundamentals.
• Security, scalability, performance and distributed systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture strategy for cloud-native platforms and digital financial apps.
• Lead modernization of legacy systems to microservices and containerized designs.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across Java backend, React frontend, APIs, integrations and cloud platforms.
• Design secure, resilient, highly available systems per financial industry standards.
• Establish platform engineering, DevOps, observability and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with business, product, security and engineering teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture governance and mentoring to teams.

• We are seeking an experienced Platform, Cloud-Native & Full Stack Architect to lead the design and modernization of enterprise-grade financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java, React, Cloud-Native Architecture, Platform Engineering, and Microservices, with a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance platforms in the Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Lending, or FinTech domain.
