Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Java application development, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and team leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based backend applications and microservices.

• Mentor, guide, and review the work of Java developers; conduct code reviews and technical feedback sessions.

We are looking for a Java Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend applications and microservices. You will lead a team of engineers, own technical architecture decisions, and collaborate with frontend teams, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver robust, high-performance software solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL, along with proven expertise in system design, REST API architecture, microservices, and leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.

In this role, you will define technical direction, review architecture and code, mentor developers, and ensure best practices across the full software development lifecycle - from estimation and planning through deployment and support.
