Job summary

Source-Right in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to deliver secure, scalable banking applications. You will work on backend Java with MSB and Spring Boot, and frontend with React or Angular, addressing security vulnerabilities across the stack.

You will analyze issues, implement fixes at the code level, and collaborate with Security, DevOps, and development teams to strengthen software security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Java/MSB, React or Angular and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MSB.
• Build frontend applications using React or Angular.
• Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities identified through SVA/SAST, DVA/DAST, SCA, and container scans.
• Implement code-level fixes for security issues including injection, authentication/authorization, insecure coding practices, and vulnerable dependencies.
• Upgrade and remediate vulnerable Java libraries and third-party components.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and regression testing.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java/MSB, React or Angular, and application vulnerability remediation. The candidate should have hands-on coding experience and be capable of analyzing and fixing security vulnerabilities across both backend and frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MSB.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using React or Angular.
• Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities identified through SVA/SAST, DVA/DAST, SCA, and container scans.
• Implement actual code-level fixes for security issues including injection, authentication/authorization, insecure coding practices, and vulnerable dependencies.
• Upgrade and remediate vulnerable Java libraries and third-party components.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and regression testing.
• Work closely with Security, DevOps, and development teams to validate and close security findings.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot / Microservices.
• Experience with MSB.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
• Strong experience in Vulnerability Remediation.
• Knowledge of SAST/SVA, DAST/DVA, SCA, and dependency vulnerabilities.
• Good understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
