Job summary

Birlasoft Limited is seeking a Java Full Stack Lead to design and deliver scalable enterprise software in a healthcare domain. You will lead backend and frontend teams, guide architecture decisions, and ensure robust REST/SOAP services with modern frontend frameworks.

The role requires 6–12+ years of experience, strong Java/Spring Boot expertise, and proficiency with Angular or React. Hybrid work mode with three days onsite per week is available.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12+ years of experience in Java full stack with healthcare domain knowledge preferred.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Angular or React JS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of multi-tier enterprise applications across backend and frontend.
• Guide engineering teams on best practices, architecture, and code quality.
• Develop RESTful APIs and SOAP services with emphasis on scalability and security.
• Provide production support and maintain high availability of critical healthcare apps.

• Java Full Stack Lead designs and builds scalable enterprise software, guiding engineering teams across backend, frontend, and cloud layers.
• Key requirements typically include 6 to 12+ years of experience, deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, and proficiency with modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React
• Strong Object-Oriented design and analysis skills
• Implementation, Delivery & Maintenance of Multi-Tier applications using Java, J2EE Technologies and related frameworks
• Working experience in Servlets, JSP, Java Script
• Experience in REST fulwebservices
• Experience of SOAP Web-services
• knowledge of Enterprise Security Architecture, Identity and Access management Tools, SSO, OAuth.
• Extensive experience in unit testing framework – Junit & Mockito, Test driven development
• Good knowledge in Email/SMS integration, Auditing/Logging & security.
• Strong knowledge and experience in building Restful APIs & SOAP based web services.
