Job summary

Shaleen Management Consultants in Noida is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure microservices and full‑stack solutions. You will drive backend and frontend development and mentor teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, system design, and strong collaboration with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals. On-site work five days a week at Sector 125 Noida.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient microservices and full-stack solutions.

Hands-on Development: Drive backend and frontend development using modern Java frameworks and web tech stacks.

Team Mentorship & Code Reviews: Mentor junior/senior developers, enforce coding standards, perform regular code reviews, and drive agile best practices.

System Design & API Engineering: Lead high-level and low-level system design (HLD/LLD), RESTful API engineering, and database design.

Performance & Scalability: Optimize system performance, ensure application security, and solve complex technical bottlenecks.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and enterprise stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile:

Key Skills & Qualifications

Backend Expertise:

Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate / JPA.

Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures (Kafka / RabbitMQ).

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Redis).

Frontend Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+) OR React.js.

Solid background in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive web integration.

DevOps, Cloud & Tools:

Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud environments.

Practical exposure to containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket).

Familiarity with build tools (Maven / Gradle) and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

Must-Have Requirements:
