Job summary

AlgoLeap Technologies Pvt Ltd. in Hyderabad, India seeks a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices. The role includes architecting microservices, integrating Angular front-ends, and deploying on AWS/Azure.

You will analyse incidents, optimise SQL, and drive performance across services. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud platforms is required, along with Angular experience and solid design-pattern knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong hands-on experience building production-grade applications with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and operating microservices architectures.
• Solid working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
• Practical experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Extensive exposure to SQL scripting, production incident root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices for maintainable, high-performing systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in agile ceremonies - sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups and PI planning - and collaborate closely with QA, product and sister teams.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation and knowledge-sharing to maintain engineering quality standards.
