Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Learning Specialist with 4–12 years of Full Stack Development and Technical Training experience to design, deliver, and drive impactful learning programs for freshers and lateral hires. You will build strong full‑stack capabilities through hands‑on, project‑based learning and mentoring.

• Deliver engaging instructor‑led training programs on Full Stack technologies with a strong focus on practical application and project‑based learning.
• Design and develop comprehensive curricula, learning materials, assignments, assessments, and coding exercises aligned to business and learning objectives.
• Mentor and coach learners on coding best practices, problem‑solving techniques, debugging, and software development fundamentals.
• Provide training on Full Stack technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React.
• Track learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous skill development and successful learning outcomes.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in Full Stack training with excellent communication and mentoring skills; knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, SQL, MongoDB, and Microservices is an added advantage.
