Your Role

As a Technical Learning Specialist, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging technical learning programs that strengthen full-stack development capabilities for freshers and lateral hires.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver dynamic and interactive technical learning sessions with a strong focus on hands-on projects and real-world application.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning curricula, training materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with business and learning objectives.
• Facilitate training on full-stack development technologies including frontend, backend, and modern web frameworks.
• Mentor and coach learners to enhance coding proficiency, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Monitor learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Create engaging learning experiences using practical scenarios, case studies, and project-based learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align learning interventions with organizational requirements.
• Support learning innovation by incorporating emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices into training programs.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in technical training, learning delivery, or capability development with a focus on full-stack technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture and modern application development principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and guide both freshers and experienced professionals.
