Job summary

ULTISOURCE seeks an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer at Principal/Staff level for Hyderabad, India. This hybrid, full-time IC role focuses on building scalable, enterprise-grade applications with strong Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Kafka expertise, plus modern frontend with Angular or React.

The candidate will contribute to API design, backend services, and end-to-end application architecture while collaborating across Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 9-16 years of software development experience with strong hands-on coding expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience with Angular or React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Distributed Systems.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and application performance optimization skills.
