Job summary

Evernorth Health Services India, Hyderabad, seeks a Java Full Stack Lead Analyst to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to modernize systems and deliver high-quality software.

You will work on front-end development with Angular or React, build RESTful APIs, and optimize Oracle database objects while contributing to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Java Full Stack Lead Analyst role will report to the Application Development Manager and will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, modernize applications, and support business-critical initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and implement Microservices-based solutions following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular or React.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Develop and optimize Oracle database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, and queries.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design reviews, and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, DevOps initiatives, and application modernization efforts.
• Create technical documentation and ensure compliance with development standards and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• Experience in front-end development using Angular and/or React.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL programming.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and API integrations.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Pay range and compensation package
