Job summary

DevLabs Alliance in Gurgaon is seeking a senior Java/J2EE technical lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. You will lead a team of Java developers and own architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution design, while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on React experience across multiple projects and strong communication skills, with domain exposure in Financial Services or Healthcare a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with significant leadership.
• End-to-end implementation and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL experience.
• Hands-on experience with React is mandatory; multiple project exposure.
• Currently managing a team of Java developers.
• Strong leadership, code reviews, solution design, and architecture discussions.
• Experience in Financial Services/BFSI or Healthcare/Life Sciences domains.
• Experience with distributed systems and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Drive architecture discussions, design solutions, and review code.
• Manage and mentor a team of Java developers.
• Work on distributed, enterprise-scale systems with SDLC and Agile practices.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure clear communication of technical decisions.
• Collaborate across domains, especially BFSI or Healthcare.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with significant experience in technical leadership.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with React is mandatory.
• Candidate should have used React in multiple projects, not merely have theoretical or basic exposure.
• Candidate must currently be managing a team of Java developers.
• Strong experience in technical leadership, code reviews, solution design, and architecture discussions.
• Relevant experience in at least one of the following domains is mandatory:
  • Financial Services / Banking / BFSI
  • Healthcare / Life Sciences
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
