Job summary

Altezzasys in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer Java to steer architecture and delivery of large-scale applications. You will mentor a team of Java developers, guide technical design, and own modules built with Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs and Kafka.

The ideal candidate has 9-11 years of hands-on Java experience, strong Core Java, multithreading, SQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud familiarity.

Qualifications

• Strong Java Development experience.
• Excellent hands-on experience in ReactJS.
• Strong Core Java – Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Streams.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud & Microservices.
• Strong experience with Kafka.
• Good understanding of RESTful Services & API Design.
• Experience with MySQL & PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD – Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with JUnit & Mockito.
• Good understanding of Design Patterns & OOP principles.
• AWS knowledge - EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda - will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication & collaboration skills.

• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
• Design and develop Java applications using Spring Boot & Microservices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Optimize database schemas and queries.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee unit and integration testing.
• Handle performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps and Product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
