Your work profile

• The Consultant/Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. The role involves building enterprise-grade microservices, developing RESTful APIs, implementing software engineering best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable applications.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development expertise, a solid understanding of software design principles, experience with cloud-native technologies, and a passion for building scalable, resilient, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Key skills required

• 39 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+/17+) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles including:
  • SOLID Principles
  • DRY
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong understanding and practical implementation of GoF Design Patterns.
• Experience implementing centralized exception handling using Spring Boot best practices.
• Expertise in Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP) using Spring AOP for logging, security, transaction management, and other cross-cutting concerns.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and following DevOps best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and exposure to Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
