Job summary

Itmc Systems is seeking a Java FSD with 6.5+ years of experience for a Deloitte India project in Bengaluru. The role focuses on Java/Java-EE microservices, REST/JSON, and Spring (Boot, Security) with frontend exposure (ReactJS/Angular).

Responsibilities include building robust services, collaborating with frontend teams, and contributing to CI/CD, Docker and Kafka-based workflows in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Strong Java, Java-EE and microservices development experience.
• Deep understanding of REST/JSON services and SOAP.
• Extensive Spring Framework experience including Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Hands-on with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and web front-end basics (HTML5, JQuery).
• Familiarity with Docker, messaging (Kafka) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Safe/Scrum/Kanban environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/Java-EE microservices and RESTful services.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate UI with server logic.
• Implement security, DI patterns and scalable architectures with Spring.
• Contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployments with Docker/Kafka.
• Participate in testing, debugging and performance tuning.

Role & responsibilities

Java FSD - 6.5+ yrs - (1st round virtual & 2nd round F2F) / can try for Java backend with 1 yr solid exp into front end exp)

Location: Bangalore(hybrid)

End client-Deloitte India.

Java with reactjs/angular

• Solid working experience in Java, Java-EE & microservices development skills.
• Solid understanding of the collections frameworks & entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications/services - web services using HTTP REST/JSON and SOAP
• Significant experience with the Spring Framework (Persistence, REST, Messaging, Integrations) such as Spring Boot
• Significant experience on core features of Spring such as Dependency Injection, cross-cutting patterns, Spring Security etc.
• Working experience in database (postgress, oracle etc)
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Web design patterns and front end technologies like HTML5, JQuery and MVC framework like spring and Spring-Boot.
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
• Hand-on experience with unit testing and working with continuous integration environment life cycles
• Exposure to working with Docker & Kafka or any messaging system
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements and work with end users/customers.
• Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities are dynamic.
• Experience with agile/safe/scrum/kanban development methodology.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill set to co-ordinate between teams/members
