Integrate Camunda BPMN workflows with backend services; design external task workers, retries and compensation.
Ensure performance, security, observability, and SLOs end-to-end.
Drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps guardrails.
Lead by example with TDD/BDD and code reviews; promote modern tooling including GitOps.
Embed AI-assisted engineering practices (code suggestions, test generation).
Deliverables include API specs, DTOs, tests, CI/CD definitions, and observability assets.
Produce Camunda artifacts with versioning and test coverage and secure coding artefacts.

Experience: 9 to 12 years

Skills: Spring Boot, Java, Database, ORM, Microservices, Azure, and Angular, Camunda (Good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

Build, and optimize Java 17+ / Spring Boot microservices and Angular frontends.
Implement APIs, eventdriven patterns (JMS/queues/topics), and Azurenative deployments (AKS, Service Bus, Cosmos DB/Azure SQL).
Implement and integrate Camunda BPMN workflows with backend microservices and Azure services; design external task workers, exception handling, retries, and compensation patterns.
Ensure performance, security, observability, and SLOs are met endtoend.
Drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructureascode collaboration, and DevSecOps guardrails.
Lead by example with TDD/BDD, code quality gates, and code reviews.
Champion engineering culture and modern tooling (incl. GitOps where applicable).
Embed AIassisted engineering practices (code suggestions, test generation) responsibly.

Camunda artefacts implemented (BPMN models handed over by Architecture, worker implementations, integration adapters), with workflow test coverage and versioning documented.
Secure coding artefacts (SAST/DAST results, dependency SBOMs, remediation notes).
Contribution to ToBe process maps and user stories with technical acceptance criteria.
