ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Software Developers with strong Java backend fundamentals and a willingness to learn new technologies. The primary focus is hands-on Java/Spring Boot development, with opportunities to build full-stack capabilities.

Experience: 2- 4 years (minimum 2 years)

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java + Spring Boot mandatory
• Good understanding of Transaction Management, Concurrency & Data Consistency
• Experience with Microservices, Distributed & Scalable Systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development
• Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

GOOD TO HAVE

• NoSQL database experience
• Frontend exposure such as React.js, Angular or similar
• Exposure to other technologies such as JavaScript, Python or .NET

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
