Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with API gateways, Kafka, and cloud technologies such as Azure and Kubernetes. Financial services background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with tech lead, product owner, and QA in a product team.
• Work with Kafka for messaging and data streaming.
• Leverage MuleSoft, Azure, and Kubernetes in cloud-native apps.
• Ensure scalability and adherence to architectural patterns.

Description

• Strong experience with Java and related technologies Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, REST controllers, JSON required.
• Strong experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Strong experience with API development including experience with Rest
• Experience with API gateways and patterns
• Working Knowledge with message streaming infrastructure - Kafka
• Experience with relational database (MS SQL)
• Working Knowledge with Micro Service Architecture
• Working Knowledge with application development on MuleSoft, Azure cloud and Kubernetes
• Experience working in a product team with other developers including tech lead, product owner, scrum master, quality engineers etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Background in Financial Services preferred
