Qualifications

• Cloud exposure on AWS/Azure and CI/CD practices.
• Mandatory: HR Tech / HRMS / HCM / Payroll product experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 10- 12+ years of hands‑on experience in building and enhancing scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working on an HR Tech / HRMS / HCM / Payroll / Talent Management product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams to deliver new product features and enhancements.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices and third‑party integrations.
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, performance optimization and technical problem‑solving.
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability and high code quality.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10 to 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring, REST APIs and Microservices.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS/Azure, and CI/CD.
• Mandatory: Experience working on an HR Tech / HRMS / HCM / Payroll / Talent Management product.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
• Must be based in Bengaluru and willing to work in a hybrid office model.
