Job summary

Thales Group in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to join an agile, international team. You will integrate AI-enabled solutions into products and help set up an AI-driven engineering workflow to accelerate development, including automation, AI-assisted code generation, and AI-based review/quality checks.

Required: 5–10 years of experience, strong Java and JavaScript, React frontend, Spring Boot backend, PostgreSQL, and expertise in modern microservices and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience required.
• Proficient in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Strong AI solution pattern experience including agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, evaluation pipelines, intelligent automation.
• Front-end: React; Back-end: Spring Boot; PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with SDLC and tools like Git; Agile practices.

Mandatory Skills

EXP:- 5 to 10 yrs

• Programming languages: Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• Software architecture: Good experience with modern microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Applied AI expertise: Strong experience in AI solution patterns, including:
