Responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack web applications using Django, Django Views/Templates, and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
  
• Build, secure, and scale RESTful microservices in Java using Spring Boot; implement clean APIs, fault tolerance, and observability.
  
• Develop and maintain robust database models, queries, and performance tuning across relational databases.
  
• Adopt best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD (unit/integration tests, code reviews, pipelines).
  
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to translate requirements into reliable, production‑ready services.
  
• Apply API design standards, authentication/authorization patterns, and secure coding practices.
  
• Optionally build Python microservices/APIs using FastAPI for targeted workloads.
  
• Contribute to exploratory GenAI use cases (e.g., LLM integrations, prompt flows, service orchestration).
  

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong Java programming, OOP, design patterns, and DB programming.
  
• Very strong Django full‑stack development with Django Views & Templates.
  
• Very strong experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF) for REST API development.
  
• Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle), ORM usage, indexing, and query optimization.
  
• Spring Boot microservice development: REST, dependency injection, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and testing (JUnit).
  
• Solid understanding of API security (OAuth2/JWT), rate limiting, logging, and monitoring.
  
• Version control with Git and practical experience with CI/CD workflows.
