I was given responsibilities orally as lead and i full filled it successfully over time, but no where documented. And no hike or promotion for that, Management is least bothered for this. Management is more interested in people who work for less and not the knowledge possessed by seniors. And the management is good at taking new people into the project for higher packages and not interested to retain existing ones, Of course i didn't expect a mountain full of money, But they are worst at discussion. Over a period of 3.4 years i got 4% hike and took back 6% as variable pay,
