Java Developer – Vice President

Location: Pune.

Overview

Design, develop and improve software utilizing various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. Collaborate cross‑functionally to define requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Development and delivery of high‑quality software solutions using industry‑aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and solution strategies.
• Engage in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to technology communities.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate complex ideas effectively, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
