Job summary

HSBC Software Development India is seeking a Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering in Hyderabad to lead design and delivery of business-critical workflow systems. You will implement Flowable-based orchestration, microservices in a hexagonal architecture with CQRS, and data layers using PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate and Spring Data.

You will also coordinate with cloud services like GCP Pub/Sub for audit events and drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Design and implement business-critical workflow orchestration using Flowable BPMN/DMN engine.
• Build RESTful microservices in a hexagonal architecture with CQRS read/write separation.
• Work with PostgreSQL across multiple schemas, JPA/Hibernate mappings, and Spring Data repositories.
• Integrate with GCP Pub/Sub for audit event publishing and asynchronous communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with PostgreSQL databases across multiple schemas, JPA/Hibernate entity mappings, and Spring Data repositories Integrate with GCP Pub/Sub for audit event publishing and asynchronous communication
