Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer or Senior Java Developer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain enterprise software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
Build, enhance, and support REST APIs and backend systems.
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.
Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Write automated tests and assist with production troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
For senior roles, lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and contribute to architecture and technology decisions.

Required skills:

5- 8 Yrs of experience in enterprise Java application development.
Strong experience with Java and modern backend development practices.
Experience with Spring and/or Spring Boot.
Experience developing RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience with JPA/Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.
Experience writing unit tests using JUnit or similar frameworks.
Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
Experience using GenAI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Preferred experience:

Experience building or working with microservices.
Knowledge of application security best practices.
Experience with messaging or asynchronous processing technologies.
Exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular or TypeScript.
