Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Bengaluru is seeking a Java Developer with AWS expertise to design and implement robust backend services. The role emphasizes Springboot, microservices, and strong SQL/PLSQL capabilities across various databases, with AWS infrastructure design and Terraform provisioning.

Candidates should be proficient in Docker-based microservice architectures and RESTful APIs, with practical experience in Kafka for event-driven messaging and integration with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and API

Qualifications

• Strong working experience in Java Backend development.
• Experience with SQL/PLSQL in databases such as Sybase, DB2, DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Implemented Docker-Microservices and RESTful API architectures.
• Good understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, ALB, NATGW, EFS, Lambda and API Gateway.
• Ability to design AWS infrastructure including DR strategies.
• Knowledge of Terraform for AWS provisioning.
• Knowledge of event-driven messaging using Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java backend services.
• Build and deploy Docker-based microservices and REST APIs.
• Integrate with SQL/PLSQL databases across multiple DB technologies.
• Work with AWS services and provision infrastructure (Terraform).
• Implement Kafka-driven messaging for event processing.
