Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Mandatory experience in Payment Domain / Payment Processing Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Payment Gateway/Processor integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL schema design, query optimization, indexing, and transactions.
• Experience with Redis and caching strategies.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ.
• Strong understanding of payment lifecycle: Authorization, Capture, Void, Refund, Settlement, Chargeback, and Reconciliation.
• Experience handling transaction failures, retries, idempotency, and data consistency.
• Working knowledge of PCI-DSS, Tokenization, Encryption, and secure payment processing.
• Good understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
