Job summary

LTM Limited is seeking an experienced Java specialist in Pune to design and deliver Java-based microservices with Spring Boot and J2EE. The role emphasizes hands-on development, high-volume/low-latency applications, and active mentoring of junior engineers.

You will work across the software development lifecycle, analyze requirements, prepare releases, and ensure that architecture aligns with business goals while using MongoDB and modern tooling such as Git, Maven, and MQ for messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java microservices development.
• Experience with J2EE and Spring frameworks.
• Proficient in MongoDB and database operations.
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit) and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with Maven build tool and MQ messaging.

• Nice to have Banking domain experience
• Would need a hands on experience A Technical SME who can mentor the junior team members and take responsibility of the development delivery
• Should have working experience in Core Java and J2EE Spring Spring boot Microservices Database and Mongo DB
