Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software development lifecycle for complex applications.
• Architect and implement microservices‑based solutions using Spring Boot.
• Ensure high‑quality coding standards, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Expected to roll up the sleeves if situation demands.
• Manage deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills
