Job summary

Stratacent in Pune is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a dynamic engineering team. You will own core Java applications, mentor teammates, and collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver reliable software.

The role demands 7+ years of hands-on Java experience, strong OO design skills, and a focus on performance, memory management, and migration projects. Familiarity with Spring or Hibernate is a plus, and a degree in CS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java programming experience.
• Understanding of OO design, data structures & algorithms.
• Multithreading and memory management experience.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Goog le Test).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with enterprise-level or real-time systems (preferred).
• Exposure to Spring or Hibernate (preferred).
