Job summary

Zensar Technologies in India is seeking a Digital Delivery Leader to own end-to-end delivery of multi-vertical client programs, driving value through digital tools and platforms.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define roadmaps, manage releases, and ensure quality, security, and performance. The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on leadership across agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering product/platform engineering projects on cloud platforms.
• Strong Agile execution experience, preferably SAFe.
• Define governance and KPIs to measure delivery success.
• Solid technical background across full‑stack, QE, UX design and DevOps.
• Extensive experience delivering transactional systems in Retail/Consumer Services or Banking/Financial Services.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including partners and vendors.
• Planning, budgeting, and milestone tracking skills.
• Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams and enforce best practices.
• Be the single point of contact for delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in JIRA, Confluence or Azure Boards.
• Experience building, recruiting, training, and supervising teams.
• Develop and implement quality controls and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead product/platform engineering projects with a shared client roadmap and release plan.
• Build reusable, scalable, secure, high-quality platforms.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Managers and Architects to align vision and priorities.
• Plan and prioritize scope with change management processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master on increments, sprints, and tech debt.
• Identify and mitigate risks across programs.
• Provide regular delivery governance reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure independent reviews for quality aligning technical and business value.

What's this role about?

As a Digital Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes of projects & programs clients across multiple verticals. These are typically managed services or output driven programs focusing on bringing fundamental change in the way our clients operate by leveraging Digital tools and technologies we implement for them.

Here's How You'll Contribute

You’ll do this by: Digital Delivery Leader At Zensar Takes Up End-to-end Ownerships Of Projects/programs For Clients And Provide Valuable Expertise To Drive Them Seamlessly. You Will Do This By

• Delivering Product Engineering / Platform Engineering projects / programs by driving a common vision with the client as their partner by coming up with a roadmap and well-defined Release plan.
• Have a keen eye on building platforms that have Reusability, Scalability, Security, Performance and Quality ‘built-in’.
• Ability to steer business teams (Product Owners, Product Managers & Business Architects) to arrive at a common vision and its prioritization.
• Planning & Scope prioritization of the project/program including Change Management with a well-defined change management process
• Work closely with Product Owner and Scrum master on planning Product Increments, Sprints, Tech Debt prioritization etc.
• Risks identification & Mitigation throughout the duration of the program
• Well defined status reporting to all stakeholders at defined frequencies demonstrating delivery governance.
• Ensuring independent review of deliverables to ensure a quality outcome aligning both with technical and business value.

Core Skills

• Hands on experience executing Product / Platform engineering projects / programs on any of the cloud platforms.
• Hands on experience in Agile execution, preferably SaFE.
• Define Project / Program governance and KPI’s to measure continues success of delivery.
• Good technical experience in Full stack technologies, Quality Engineering, Experience Design and DevOps practices.
• Extensive background in development and delivery of transactional systems in Retail & Consumer Services OR Banking & Financial Services domain
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally, client and 3 rd party (partners, vendors etc.)
• Planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams (enforcement of best practices, coding standards etc.)
• Become the Single point of contact for delivery.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably with hands on experience on tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Azure Boards etc.
• Build/Recruit, Train/Up skill, and Supervise teams.
• Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
