Job Summary

The role focuses on Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, RESTful services, databases, and cloud-enabled solutions. The Java Backend Lead will translate business requirements into technical solutions, guide development activities, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation. The role contributes to business objectives by delivering reliable Java-based solutions for large enterprise environments while maintaining quality, scalability, performance, and delivery standards.

Required Software Skills

• Java: Extensive knowledge of Java programming and related technologies; experience developing and maintaining Java-based applications and systems.
• Spring Boot: Hands-on experience developing backend applications and services using Spring Boot.
• Microservices: Practical experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting microservices-based applications.
• RESTful services: Experience designing, developing, consuming, and maintaining REST APIs.
• Databases: Experience working with databases, data access, SQL, transactions, queries, and database integration.
