Job summary

Softura is seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Lead with 10+ years of experience and at least 3 years in a team lead role. The candidate should be hands-on with Spring Boot backend and have exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) with AWS Well-Architected knowledge. Strong problem solving and stakeholder communication are essential.

Proficiency in Java 11+ and scripting (Python, Shell) is preferred. SAFe experience is a plus; ability to design diagrams and documents will be valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Minimum 3 years in a team lead role.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot and backend technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP); AWS Well-Architected knowledge a must.
• Strong problem solving and excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with SAFe working model is a plus.
• Proficiency in Java 11+ and scripting languages (Python, Shell).
• Ability to design documents and flow/component diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software engineering team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Drive backend initiatives using Spring Boot and maintain quality.
• Collaborate on frontend work with Grafana when needed.
• Ensure architecture alignment with AWS Well-Architected framework.

Hands-on experience in the following:

Nice to Have:

• Having experience in SAFe working model is a plus
