Job description

We're seeking an experienced Java AWS Developer who will design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS using Java and microservices architecture. You’ll work within agile teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Java-based applications on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudFormation/Terraform
• Architect and implement microservices using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and event-driven paradigms
• Build reusable, scalable, and efficient components following cloud-best practices and DevOps principles
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, production issues, and optimize code for scalability and reliability
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and provide accurate estimations
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, Git, or AWS CodePipeline/CodeDeploy
• Conduct code reviews, unit/integration testing (JUnit, Cucumber), and ensure compliance with code quality/security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams DevOps, QA, product owners—to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions
• Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and system-level design artifacts
