Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Java backend engineer in Pune to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Core Java (JDK 17), Spring Boot, and microservices. You will work on real-time data processing with Kafka and contribute to RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and frontend collaboration with React.js.

The role involves database design with PostgreSQL/Oracle, automation via Unix shell scripts, and performance testing with JMeter/Playwright, in production-grade environments.
