Job summary

Citi in Pune district seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to contribute to enterprise application development and programming activities. The role collaborates with the Technology team on new and revised systems and programs.

The candidate should have strong Java/J2EE, microservices, RESTful services, design patterns and SOLID principles, plus experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Kafka. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in enterprise application development.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities

• 10-12 years of experience in enterprise application development using Java/J2EE technologies.


• Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in JAVA (Version 1.8 or above) / Microservice/J2EE / Spring boot / restful Web Services.


• Deep understanding of Microservice and Microservices best practices,
