Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India is seeking an experienced API Developer / API Designer to design and deliver secure, scalable REST APIs for Cards and Financial Services, enabling high-performance transaction flows.

You will design API contracts, implement microservices with Kafka, deploy on AWS, and ensure security, compliance, and observability while collaborating with Cards business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

API Developer / API Designer Java, Spring Boot (Cards / Financial Services)

Role Objective

Hire an experienced API Developer / API Designer to design and deliver secure, scalable, highperformance APIs for Cards and Financial Services platforms, supporting businesscritical transaction flows and integrations.

Core Responsibilities (What They'll Do)

• Design and build REST APIs using Java & Spring Boot
• Define API contracts, standards, versioning, and documentation
• Implement microservices and eventdriven flows using Kafka
• Deploy and run APIs on AWS cloud environments
