Job summary

Infosys is seeking a senior Java & React Developer with 5+ years' experience and 3+ years in team leadership to guide a skilled development team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java, React, Spring Boot, and TypeScript, while collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements.

The candidate will write clean code, perform unit tests, optimize performance, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Java/React developer with at least 3 years in team leadership
• Strong knowledge of Java and React concepts including dependency injection, asynchronous programming and unit testing
• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting Java/React apps
• Experience with development tools such as IntelliJ IDEA and React CLI
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java & React Developers in design, development and maintenance of web applications
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Design, develop and enhance software using Java and React (Spring Boot, ReactJS, TypeScript)
• Write efficient and well-structured code to implement business logic
