FRATITUDE Talent Advisors in Bangalore seeks a Japanese Interpreter & Translator for an Automobile MNC. You will interpret between Japanese and English and translate documents, ensuring accuracy and appropriate terminology for the domain.

Required JLPT N1/N2/N3 or equivalent, minimum 6 months translation/interpretation experience, and strong bilingual communication. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation/PG with specialization in Japanese language or related field.
• Certification/Diploma in Japanese language required if not BA/MA in Japanese.

Education Qualification

• Graduation/ PG (With Specialization): B. A in Japanese Language or Any other stream
• Certification / Diploma in Japanese language, in case B.A or M.A in any other stream

Job Responsibilities

• Interpretation from Japanese to English and vice versa
• Translation from Japanese to English and vice versa
• Translate various types of documents from Japanese to English; i.e. accurately convey the meaning of the source document into the target language while maintaining the style/terminology required as per the domain.
• Administrative support to Japanese officials
• Should have completed JLPT N1 / N2 / N3 / Level 3 or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 month’s experience in translation and interpretation
• Good oral and written communication skills in Japanese, English Languages
• Good network with employees at all levels – proactively
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel & Power Point
