Pratiti Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Java/J2EE professional to design, develop, and maintain core applications in a monolithic setup while contributing to modernization toward cloud and SaaS enablement.

You will collaborate with architects and product teams to define scalable solutions, own modules end-to-end from requirements to deployment, and mentor junior engineers in a client-facing delivery environment.

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and Servlets.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, collections, multithreading, and locks.
• Solid understanding of data structures and OOP concepts.
• Experience with monolithic architectures and cloud/SaaS modernization.
• Experience writing unit tests with JUnit or TestNG.
• Ability to design with UML diagrams and system design concepts.
• Experience as IC in client-facing setup with architects.
• Mentor junior engineers when needed.

• Collaborate closely with architects andproduct teams to define scalable solutions and technical designs.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of modules, fromrequirements analysis to deployment and performance optimization.
• Work on application modernization initiatives,including cloud migration, SaaS enablement, and performance improvements.
• Develop and review UML diagrams, architecturediagrams, and design specifications.
• Write high-quality code, perform code reviews,and ensure compliance with best practices, performance, and securitystandards.
• Contribute as an individual contributor (IC)in a client-facing setup, representing delivery excellence to Siemensstakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers (where needed) andprovide solutions to complex technical challenges.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Core Java, J2EE, Servlets – deep expertise,fully hands-on.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, collections,multithreading, synchronization, and locks (read/write locks).
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, OOPSconcepts (association, relationships, class-object fundamentals).
• Strong understanding of monolithicarchitecture and exposure to modernization towards cloud/SaaS.
• Experience in writing unit test cases(JUnit/TestNG).
• Problem-solving ability through low-leveldesign, UML diagrams, and system design concepts.
• Hands-on experience in building scalable,performant applications.
• Exposure to client-facing roles and workingwith product architects or services companies managing long-term ODCs.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud deployments.
