Diverse Lynx is seeking a Testing Consultant in Bengaluru to work across project phases, from requirements analysis to test planning and execution. You will validate functional and non-functional requirements, write comprehensive test cases, and resolve defects while coordinating with global teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes IVR/Telecom domain testing, Cyara automation, and containerized tech like Kubernetes/Docker, with on-site/offshore collaboration and a second-shift schedule in IST.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with 3+ years in Testing and ALM.
• 2+ years Cyara or IVR automation experience.
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore large teams.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker.
• Extensive testing of Webservices (SOAP/REST).
• 2+ years writing complex SQL queries.
• Unix systems experience required.
• Strong Agile & Jira skills.
• Telecom/Cable IVR domain testing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops and current system study.

Infosys is seeking a Consultant position you will act as a professional across the different stages of project. You will Support supervisor in requirement workshops/ current system study, analyze the, identify high level process/system changes, define and document the problem based on client and supervisor inputs. Review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, configuration Sheets, specification documents, fit gap analysis documentation etc. and define/review detailed functional/process, infrastructure, security design. Prepare/review the system appreciation documents, support the creation of client training material and conduct reverse knowledge transfer. Write test plans/cases, perform testing and resolve issues. Check Non-functional requirements of the system. Should work in second shift 2 to 11 PM IST and 3 days a week WFO.
