Tasks

Technical growth: Gain experience with IBM Planning Analytics components and administration of platform

1st Level support & coordination: Resolve incoming platform requests via ServiceNow

Assist Platform Engineers in operations and development activities (e.g. testing new product versions)

Monitoring & Automation: Develop skills to improve monitoring and automation of our platform

Support in all platform initiatives (introducing TM1v12, tm1py environment, migrations

Agile collaboration: Actively participate in agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps.
