Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in India seeks a seasoned project lead for end-to-end SAP S/4 implementation support. You will manage location-level readiness, data cleansing, and change management activities while coordinating with global Wave project leads and local stakeholders.

The role requires strong English communication, track record in IT applications within manufacturing, and the ability to drive risk management and on-time deliverables across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business processes and IT applications in manufacturing environments
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Experience in IT infrastructure and SAP

Responsibilities

• Implement target environment in location based on E2E Process Portfolio.
• Manage overall project goals, deliverables and risk at location.
• Coordinate local S/4 project team (key users, power users, and local OCM) according to project requirements.
• Ensure local communication to location management and associates in alignment with local OCM.
• Interface between Wave Project Leads and local associates.
• Support Readiness Guideline preparation and lead data cleansing/harmonization efforts.
• Coordinate data cleansing & process standardization across time.
• Confirm scope for process, migration and test, approve location migration & test results.
• Ensure cutover, change management topics and trainings are implemented.
• Escalate to local management and coordinate with regional coordinator when required.
• Maintain local key user structure post Go-Live (stabilization & run).
• Represent location view and interests to stakeholders; provide clear status updates on milestones.

Job Description

• Responsible for implementation of target environment (based on E2E Process Portfolio) in location

• The nomination, availability of capacity and coordination of the local S/4 project team (Key users, power users and local OCM) according to project requirements
• Ensures local communication to location management and associates in alignment with local OCM
• Interface between Wave Project Leads and local associates
• While preparation support executing of the Readiness Guideline and special focus on cleansing/harmonization activities
• Coordinates data cleansing & process standardization over all time
• Confirms process, migration and test scope, approve at location level migration & test results
• Ensures that cut over, change management topics and trainings are implemented
• Escalation to local management and regional coordinator / organize support for the locations when required
• Ensure local key user structure after Go-Live (stabilization &run)
• Representative of the location view and location interests to the locations
• Provide a clear status about task fulfillment /milestone achievement within project task Management

Qualifications

Education

• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Production, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• MBA in IT or Operations Management, Master's Degree in any Engineering discipline would be advantageous
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) would be advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of overall experience in Business processes and IT Applications and Services, Industry 4.0 and digitalization in plants
• 3+ years in leading teams
• Experience in IT Infrastructure and SAP
