Experience: 9 to 14 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Infra. Architect with 9 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITIL Process Consultant ServiceNow ITSM and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM modules to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on infrastructure-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and processes.
