Job summary

NIIT Foundation seeks a dedicated IT Trainer to empower individuals from underprivileged communities by providing basic to intermediate computer education. The role focuses on practical, job-oriented training that boosts digital literacy and employability.

You will conduct sessions on MS Office, internet usage, and email; develop beginner-friendly training materials; assess progress; and help learners build resumes for IT-related roles. Prior NGO or training experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers and IT applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners
• Patience and empathy while working with learners from diverse backgrounds
• Graduate or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred)
