Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital development and systems integration.
• 7+ years in a data engineering or related technical role.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud governance, and AI enablement.
• Experience working within EPCM or large engineering project environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience working on large mining or mineral processing facilities.
• Experience with digital transformation in heavy industrial or engineering environments.
• Exposure to global engineering consulting and multidisciplinary project delivery.
