Qualifications

• Experience with databases, patch management, intrusion detection, and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to train staff on new technologies.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve outages promptly.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, permissions, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Implement security measures like firewalls, backups, access controls, and disaster recovery plans.
• Perform regular maintenance, including patching, monitoring LAN/WAN, and ensuring data integrity.

About the Role:
