Role & responsibilities

• Having experience for 1 year to 3 years in handling international voice process. Preferably US clients
• Responding to client calls, requests and chat.
• Providing technical support and resolving issues via phone and chat.
• Providing 24/7 support and ability to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge on Service Now ticketing tool and SLA compliance.
