Job summary

Schaeffler Global Services India is looking for an IAM Engineer to support and advance identity and access management solutions based on SAP Cloud Identity Services. You will work on user lifecycle, authentication, provisioning, and governance, and design integrations with SAP systems such as R/3 and S/4HANA.

Ideal candidates have SAP IAM experience, strong REST API skills, and familiarity with SSO protocols like SAML 2.0 and OIDC, with excellent English communication and the ability to work in

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services or a strong background in SAP identity and access management.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, provisioning, and access governance.
• Experience with integrations, REST-APIs, and technical troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SSO configuration and authentication protocols like SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP security, or related SAP identity technologies.
• Exposure to SAP systems such as R/3, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud applications.
• Experience with identity providers such as Entra ID, Okta and Ping
• Experience in access governance, compliance, or audit-related processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps-style collaboration, operational support, or platform engineering.
• Experience in large international organizations.
